Welcome to Daniels Home Collective, we’re happy to have you! We’re Jason and Erin Daniels and we work, love and live in a little slice of heaven here in North County, San Diego. Jason and I were both born and raised by the beach (just on different coasts) and we like to think this lends itself to our fun, outdoorsy, easy-going personalities.
Our love for all things real estate and design is no coincidence, we both wanted to be architects when we were growing up! Jason’s knack for real estate was evident from a young age, after college he started his first successful company working with California investors. Early in my career, I worked as a Land Use Planner and enjoyed honing in on my building and permitting knowledge.
After having our two kiddos, we were looking for a special place to raise our family and now call Lake San Marcos home. Over the years we’ve found joy in recreating each home we’ve owned and eventually decided to create Daniels Home Collective.

JASON DANIELS
Jason has over a decade of real estate experience including residential sales, investment and development. Having represented over 600 real estate transactions throughout the U.S., Jason quickly became a top producing agent earning prestigious awards like the Re/Max Platinum Club award in his first year of business.
Jason joined forces with Compass to focus on supporting his own community in Lake San Marcos while also servicing all of North County San Diego. Equipped to provide a full-service experience whether you are looking to purchase or sell your home, Jason also provides assistance in professional leasing and rentals. Jason understands the complexities that are associated with each real estate transaction and helps his clients navigate those challenges with great communication, negotiation and uncompromising integrity.
Jason loves spending time with his wife and 2 children. He enjoys surfing, golfing, and snowboarding…pretty much anything that has to do with the outdoors. He also enjoys traveling and exploring new places with his family because much of life’s learning is in the journey.
ERIN DANIELS
Erin Daniels is the co-founder, realtor and lead designer of Daniels Home Collective. She loves to create community and enjoys making every aspect of life beautiful. Erin was born and raised in Encinitas, Ca. She graduated from UC San Diego with a degree in Urban Studies & Planning and has since enjoyed designing properties from a multifaceted perspective. Erin’s design perspective is simple, fresh and timeless. In between running DHC, Erin enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, yoga and quality time with her family.
